Thank you so much for the information. I will see what I turn up. I have wondered if he might have been Union. He only logged in the one time and the journal contains several meetings. I have found no record of a widow pension but Chas died in 1893 and Eliza in 1895. I have a few floozy in my tree as well, were it not for the floozy's, my family name would have died out several generations ago. Happy Hunting
