Gloria, I did a little research, unfortunately I came up empty. At least it might help knowing where has already been checked for you...
I looked up everyone with the first name Hester in "Cemeteries and Tombstone Inscriptions of Coffee County, Tennessee". The only two listings that died near the date you specified are:
Hester B. Andrews 1900-1947 Maplewood Cemetery
Hester Sain 1/13/1865-12/13/1941 Summitville United Methodist Cemetery
Neither seem to fit the Hester you are looking for. There was no listing for a Hester Wilson. The books I am sure are not 100% complete, but are very thorough it seems. Also, there are some listed as just initials. The only H. Wilson I found was an H. C. Wilson, and was male.
I know how frustrating looking can be, hope someone else has more luck for you.
