William W. and Mary Harris of Coffee County, TN

In searching for my g grandfather, John William Harris, I found a William W. Harris and wife Mary who had a 16 year old son, John, in the 1850 census of Coffee County. (It is believed that my John Harris came from the Tullahoma area.) This William W. was born in 1810 in SC. I am speculating that his name may have been William Washington Harris. If so, could he have been a son of William Washington Harris born 1788 in NC, married Elizabeth Golightly in 1809 in SC and died 1875 in SC? If all of this speculation is accurate, then my g grandfather who was said to be a cousin to the Gov. Isham G. Harris would in fact be a third cousin to the Gov. Both the Isham Harris family and my g grandfather John Harris lived and died in Henry County, TN.
If anyone has any information about all of this or can offer any suggestions, I will appreciate it very much.
