I was looking at the Obituaries from Crockett, Co. Tn. and came across one that my cousin Jean Cox Holden had added.

Body of missing man found by hunters- Enoch R. Richardson died at a farm near Friendship -
The body of Enoch R. (Raleigh) Richardson, who disappeared from his one room house on the Johnny Powell farm, between Friendship and Maury City, March 25, was found by hunters about one mile west of No. 20 Highway and about two miles from his home on the A.T Yancy farm Thursday. Several hundred men, under the direction of former Sheriff Keltner of Crockett County, searched for several days at the time of his disappearance, but failed to find a clue. The cause of his death is unknown according to Sheriff Gaba of Crockett County. Services were help Saturday at 2 p.m. in Friendship Funeral Home. The Rev. C.O. Frey officiated. Burial was in Providence Cemetery with Friendship Funeral Home in charge. Mr. Richardson was 72. He leaves a sister, Mrs. Mary Ellen Pierce of Memphis and two brothers, Eli Richardson of Dyersburg, Tenn. and Hessie Richardson of Friendship.

Raleigh's parents:
Lovin and Sarah Butler-Richardson, moved from Montgomery, Co. N.C. to Hardeman, Co. Tn. in 1869. Lovin and Sarah had family that had moved to Hardeman and Madison, Co. Tn. in the 1830's and 40's.
Most of Raleigh's and Lancy's children married in Dyer, Co. Tn.
Would like to hear from any one with information on this family and also kin.
My great grandparents moved to Gadsden, Madison, Co. Tn. in 1862, now Crockett,Co. Tn.
They were Elam and Barzellia Jane Davis-Richardson.
