Something really strange is going on. I have sent an email to two different people, hoping that they might be able to shed some light on this gentleman. As soon as I hear back from either, or both of them, I will get back to you. Meanwhile, this is what I have found so far.

Now, this is really strange to me.... Follow my line of thinking if you can.

NO WHERE in Crockett Co., could I find either a Roscoe or Conklin, listed for the 1900 census. Then on the 1910 census, I managed to locate a Rocso, with the proper age, put he was not listed with this same family at the time of the 1900 census.

Then I noticed that the head of the house, was a school teacher. MAYBE, he and his wife took Roscoe in at the time of the 1910 census, because he had no parents. I will put down, what I have on this family, and you will see what I am talking about.

Now this same couple for the 1910 census. Notice that there is now a young male, who is listed as 18, who was not on the 1900 census.

I do not know what happeded to George H., even the 1910 census does not state that Rosie is a widow, just that she had been married 1 time. Anyway, here are her death vitals:

This is the one child that had died before the 1910 census. Buried in the same cemetery as her mother.
