Lola,

Please check the 1850 census record for Dwelling 77, District 13, Hardin Co. TN. There are three Holland children listed in the household of James Montgomery. One of them is an 18 year old female whose name I have not been able to decipher. These would appear to be the Holland that you are looking for.

These three children are orphan children of Jesse W. Holland and Mary Montgomery. Mary is the sister of James Montgomery and is living in dwelling 118 in the same district.

Jesse W. Holland is in the 1830 Hardin Co. TN census. He moved to Stoddard Co. MO and died there about 1847. His widow and children moved back to Hardin Co. where Mary died between 1850 and 1860.

I have more on this family if you are interested. Here is the probate info:

July 6, 1847 - Stoddard Co. MO
Estate of Jesse W. Holland, deceased
John J. Jackson, administrator of said Estate comes and on his motion his Final Settlement is continued to the next Term of this Court.

John J. Jackson, administrator of said Estate by his attorney comes and on his motion his Final Settlement is continued to the next Term of this Court.

April 6, 1848 - Stoddard Co. MO
