RIGGS, FREELAND, FRULAND

On the 1870 TN Decatur Co., District 7, page 13, census there is a Martha (A?) RIGGS, age 5, b. TN, listed in household number 90, that of William A. FRULAND/FREELAND. This Martha may be the M.A. RIGGS, 16, daughter of I.C. RIGGS shown on the 1880 TN Decatur Co., Dist. 6 census, page 13, household 114.

I.C. RIGGS was Isaah Calvin RIGGS, my gr grandfather. The daughter, M.A. RIGGS, who would have been born about 1864, is a mystery since Isaah had married Amanda A. (Tolitha) TAYLOR in 1870. He had previously been married to Nancy C. SHOEMAKER, about 1852 and no known daughters came from that marriage.

I am trying to identify the mother of M.A. RIGGS. If anyone can provide any information or enlightenment on this, it would be greatly appreciated.
