My grandfather was JD (James David) Via b. 1864. All I can find out about him is that he married an A.A. Loring in Dyer Co. in 1881. He then moved to East Texas, his wife died, he sent at least two sons back
to her mother to raise and then married my grandmother, Josephine Link in 1891. Any
information on this subject would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Martha
