I am trying to trace my great-grandmother and great-grandfather, Andrew Jackson Barlar (DOB 12/15/1870, DOD 5/24/1924)and Lucy Colbert Barlar (DOB 5/4/1873, DOD 11/14/1914). I beleive the were born and died in Tennessee. My grandmother who is 95 provided the DOB and DOD information based on family records. She lives in Dyer county. I am trying to find out the locations (state/county) of birth and death so I can look for birht certificate information. Any help would be appreciated
