Hello Eugene Yes, you are right about Bennett and Mary "Polly" Gibson-Freeman. I have all three Vols. of Montgomery, Co. N.C. Heritage, books. Neill W. Freeman, did a nice job writting it up on Henry and Amy Freeman. I did know that, just did not put it down the right way. 1850 Mantgomery, Co. N.C. House # 538 Bennett Freeman, 30 farmer $150 b. NC Mary (Polly) Gibson-Freeman, 30 b. NC Henry Freeman, 4 b. NC *Larry (Lancy) Freeman, 3 b. NC Archibald Freeman, 1 b. NC Larry (Lancy) Gibson, 70 b. NC (Bennett & Polly married Jan. 1, 1844.) ..... House # 602 Lovin Richardson, 30 farmer $260 b. NC Sarah Butler-Richardson, 28 b. NC *Raleigh Richardson, 5 b. NC Winfield S. Richardson, 2 b. NC Butler Richardson, 1 b. NC Elijah Richardson, 24 (brother) b. NC (Raleigh & Lancy, married Dec. 14, 1861. Their bondsman was William Thomas, he had married Martha Jane Richardson, April 9, 1851, she was a sister to Lovin Richardson. William had a sister named Kiddy Thomas, she married Sewell Freeman, March 22, 1848.) Raleigh and Lancy Freeman-Richardson, moved to West Tenn. after his parents had moved to Hardeman, Co. Tn. in 1869. There are a lot of Freeman's that are living in the next County over and that is Chester, Co. Tn. Do you know of any of the Freeman's that moved from Montgomery, Co. N.C. to West, Tn.? And, yes her name is spelled other way's. Her son's lived in Crockett, Co. Tn. as my Richardson's did in the 1930 census. Yours David Richardson Notify Administrator about this message?
