This appears to be Dillard Owens b. 18 Mar 1871 Fentress Co, TN d. 12 Jun 1952; md 4 May 1902 to Renie Stephens b. 1873 Fentress Co, TN; father of George Owens and Ola Owens Carlock.

Son of James W. Owens b. 1839-1840 and Melissa M. Turner b. 5 Jan 1855 Fentress Co, TN d. after Jun 1880 Fentress Co, TN.
