At this point, I didn’t find a marriage for a Minnie Reavis to a Majors or Minnie Majors to a Reavis. There is a family tree posted at ancestery.com listing Minnie as the daughter of John Henry Reavis and Sarah Majors (I didn’t find that marriage either) with Minnie having married Thomas Jefferson Duke, son of John Henry and Louesa Duke (Louisa Shelton from another family tree), in Franklin County, TN on 27 Mar 1897. Don’t know if this is the Thomas and Minnie you are looking for but they both died in Jackson County, AL and are buried at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Scottsboro, Jackson County, AL. The cemetery transcription is as follows:

Death: May 31, 1930
Thomas J. Duke
Birth: 1877
Death: Dec. 16, 1933
The WWI draft registration card for Thomas lists his birth date as 7 Apr 1873 and the 1900 Franklin County, TN census as Apr 1879. Minnie’s birth was listed as Sep 1881 in the 1900 census. Thomas J. and Minnie Duke with daughter Iona (?), age 1, are living next door to John H. and Sara E. Revis in 1900.
