Seeking in formation on the family of William McCaslin born Granville County, North Carolina August 29, 1790 died in Gibson or Madison County Tennessee May 12, 1875. Married Elizabeth Tarpley in 1808 . She was born in N.C. April 29, 1790 and died in Gibson or Madison County, Tennessee December 15, 1854. They had eleven children including Rev. W.S. McCaslin born June 9, 1826 in Madison County, Tn and my 3 grandmother, Nancy Hicks McCaslin born 29 October, 1816. She married Joseph E. Matthews in Gibson County, Tennessee May 19, 1835. Any information re this family greatly appreciated.
