Hello Gibson County Fans,
I am from the Nobles line that was in Gibson County from 1820 (Benjamin Nobles) to about 1860+. I have been studying districts 8, 9, 11 and 12 of 1850. My copies of these censuses have many notes scribbled by most of the families. Fascinating time in Gibson County!! If there is a Gibson County genealogical club, this forum must be it! Our family has yet to verify children of Shadrach Nobles of Gibson County (seems to be daughters?). Also, a Thomas Nobles appears in the 1870's. Does anyone know anything about these Nobles??? Does anyone have a list of any names buried in the Nobles/Hogue Cemetery?? Or any burials for Nobles in Gibson County? Thanks for Gibson County Forum!
