I am a descendant of John Donaldson 1775-1852 and his first wife, Jincy Fields. They migrated from SC to TN with most of their children ca. 1825. They are buried at Spring Hill Church cemetery in Gibson Co., TN. They had the following children:
1. Mary, (md Needham Holland), 2. Ann (md a Mendenal?) 3. Jane (md a Maclin or Madin?) 4. Julia Bethel 5. Sara, (md Wm J. Jennings 6. Elizabeth, md Obed Nicholsson 7. Peter 8. William 9. John Robert Donaldson (stayed in SC)

I have additional information on the Donaldson's and the Fields line to share if some of these cousins would like to contact me.
