It's the stories that make our search more complete. Henry O'Daniel was 6 when his mother, Clara Ann and sisters- Ann and Eliza died. Oldest brother Giles did live till 1895. Henry lived to Nov. 20, 1924. A full and prosperus life? In 1907, he was bank vice president at The Rutherford Bank. His wife Alice Orgain lived till Aug 11, 1926. They had a daughter Fannie- born Aug 1877, died Nov 1877.

Does anyone know any stories about Old Indian Joe, the last red man (Native American)to leave Gibson County?

In Gibson County 1850 Dist. 11 Census,#1711
Charles S. Young made it very clear that he was born crossing the Atlantic Ocean!

Would love to hear some stories about the Nobles of Gibson County!

Thanks,
George Nobles
