I'm interested in information about Sion BOON, b. 1780-1790, N.C.? He appears in the 1830 Gibson Co. TN Census with a wife, age 30 - 40, and several sons and daughters. He is not in the 1840 Gibson Co. Census, but there is a Patience BOON, head of household, whose age 40 - 50 would have made her the right age to have been Sion's wife. There are also several male BOONs who could be his sons. I'm trying to determine if my gg grandfather, John T. BOON, b. c1820 in N.C. could have been connected to this family. John was married in 1843 to Trucy Jane Noblin, born in N.C., but living in Weakley Co. TN by 1830. I can find no BOON relatives of his in 1840 or 1850 Weakley Co. If you have any information about Sion BOON and his family, please let me know. I'd appreciate your help. Thank you very much.
