Donald,
Thank you for that information. The Boon spelling and the fact that this Gibson Co. Boon family was from N.C. still seems to point me in the direction of this family as relatives of my John T. BOON. I haven't yet been able to make a definite connection with the Sion Boon family, but I appreciate every bit of info. Hopefully, I'll eventually be able to find that elusive connection. Thanks very much for your response.
