Thanks for your response. I've hit a total brick wall with my research on my BOON/BOONE line. I've tried investigating all the families with that surname who lived in the area of Weakley, Gibson, or Obion counties in West TN. My gg grandfather, John T. BOON, b. c1820 in N.C. (m. Trucey Jane NOBLIN, 1843 in Weakley Co. TN) just doesn't seem to fit (for sure) in any of the lines. I'm totally stuck. I finally decided that I couldn't fit my John into Sion's line with any real certainty. I've almost given up on ever finding John's parents. Most of what little I know about the Sion BOON line is posted, but I'll be happy to let you know if I come across anything new. Thanks again for your help.
