I am searching for information on Levi R Bradford family. I believe him to be the father of my 2nd great Grandmother Amanda Bradford Jordan Strain. In the 1850 census of Gibson County I find an Amanda Bradford of the right age living with the Vaughn family. Two farms over Levie R and Nancy Bradford are living with the Crafton family.
Did Levi lose his wife andhis family split?
What relationship are the Vaughn and Crafton families to Levi?
I believe at this point that Amanda and Nancy Bradford mentioned in this census are Levi's daughters.
Any help would be appreciated.
