I am searching for info on the family of John Washington Webb who was the son of John W. Webb and Martha Wall(?). They were all born in Tennessee according to Census data.
At John's death, his daughter listed John's birth place as Alaska Tennessee. Perhaps it was Pulaski Tennessee.
Both John's father and mother died prior to 1865. The story was told by family that John Washington Webb's father had died not long after his birth.
Martha then married John Shoor. On their trip to Indiana, Martha died. John Shoor raised John Washington Webb.
