I'm searching for a John Albert B. Hammack born Jan. 11,1859
from his family bible he was to have been born in Maynardville, TN. This information is the only information
that I feel is true. Death certificate filled out by is son
had his father as John Hammack also but don't know if this is fact because he had him born in Gainesberg TN and can't find such a place in TN. The mother was unknown. John was
carpenter and married a Malinda Jane Massey in Somerset KY
Nov. 24, 1881 in her parents home. I have not found and
information on them in KY but do know that they left there
in 1918 to go to Idaho and then Oregon. I need any information on Hammacks I can get in counties of Grainger and Union. I know that the name is spelled differently John's sons two of them went by ock and he and the other two
went by ack. So please any information is much needed have
been searching since 1996. Thank You Marion Adamic
