I am wondering if anyone who has Hays connections in Greene Co TN have had their DNA checked. In a Greene Co Heritage book it states that Charles Hays who settled on Long Fork of Lick Creek and had a big family. This Charles Hays of is supposed to be the son of John Hays who came from Ireland to Orange Co VA about 1740 according to the book. Has any male descendent from this line had their DNA checked to confirm this? If any descendent is having this done, please contact me. Diana Stevens
