Gray/Moxom Family

For ten years I have been trying to complete the life story of my grandfather Charles Albert Gray, b. Worcester, MA. 25 July 1872, s. of Charles Warren Gray & Sarah Elizaabeth Rice. Education: Harvard & Sorbonne. Occupation: Teacher: Voice & choral, soloist & choral groups. He m. Lillian Hanson June 28, 1898: one child (my father) Carl Albert Gray b. 12 Dec.1900. Divorced Lillian 1903, and m. Edith Moxom, had two sons Allen and Elliot: divorced Edith by 1911. By 1918, he was Director of Music for the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga. The 1920 Federal Census suggests that he is married to an Elizabeth A. from Canada with a son Donald also from Canada. It is doubtful that Donald was his biological son. They lived on Hickory Valley Road. Charles Albert Gray used the name Albert or "Bert" and signed his name C. Albert Gray. He listed himself in local advertisements as a teacher of voice. There is no record of him in Tennessee after 1922. There is no listing for him in the 1930 Federal Census. He wrote a letter to my Dad in 1949 which Dad never answered. He may have lived to about 1963.
What happened to him after 1922, when and where he died, is the reason for this search. Any help would be appreciated.
