I am researching Henry Charles Givens/Gibbons born abt 1829 in Hawkins (the part that become Hancock) Has anyone come across this name in their research? I have come to a dead end with this man and I know that he some connects with the Givens of this area I just don't know how. By 1870 he is in Lee co. VA and then later he is in Wise co. VA where he dies. He married Virginia Caroline Hyden not sure if this is his first or second wife because she is 14 years younger than him. In 1884 he remarried to Almira Davis in Lee co. VA. Any help would be very much appreciated.
