You don't have to prove a negative. If you have proof of your "Cherokee" ancestry, then show the DNA data that proves your position. In general, the DNA data for East Tennessee ancestor disproves the story. There were only a few thousand Cherokees but half a million Whites in North Carolina and Tennessee around 1800. For your argument to be true, all of the Cherokee females would have to have bred with the Whites to justify all of the stories. I don't know if you have actually read any of the Cherokee applications from Hawkins County. The governmenbt evaluators pointed out quite correctly that the Cherokees had abandoned/ceded Eastern Tennessee before 1775. The nearest Cherokee villages were more than 100 miles from Hawkins County in 1775 according to the government. The treaty required that the Cherokees remove all Indiand from the territory. Any found in East Tennessee were routinely shot by the White settlers. This is document in the military records of North Carolina and Tennessee. The review of the Sizemore applications showed that only one of the Sizemore "brothers" from North Carolina was likely to be of Indian descent (likely the ancestor of Ned Sizemore). The government did not deny that one of the Sizemores was of Indian descent. The reason that the applicaton of his descendents were rejected is that he was not considered to be Cherokees by the Cherokee Nation, and was not enrolled by them. It is time to get over the Cherokee fantasy that exists in Hawkins/Hancock counties and move on. Except for a few families, such as the Sizemores, there are no lines of Cherokee descent. You have to think it out. The Cherokees were not friendly to the White settlers. Go to the original newspapers of the time and read it for yourself. They killed the White settlers and the White settlers killed them. Also, it is well documented in miltary records.
