Seeking information on Richard S Boyd listed in the 1840 Hardeman County TN census. Believe he is the father of John C, Richard and Robert Boyd. John, Richard and Robert are listed in the 1850 Hardeman County census in the household of William Hughs/Hughes. William married Mary Boyd born NC. Richard and John C later moved to Izard/Stone County AR. Any information on Richard or his unknown wife much appreciated. No marriage record for Richard in Hardeman County.
