Hello Beverly, It is good to be able to acknowledge our family who have gone on.
Their like will not pass this way again. They've left us big shoes to fill.
You know I saw in one of your posts where you were looking for the following:
"Zilpha McKinnie was the first wife of William Fellow during second half of 18th century in Wayne Co, NC. (Second wife was Susannah Williams, later Blackman.) Zilpha was possibly the daughter of William McKinnie and Mary Jernigan. When was she born and when did she die? Did Zilpha and William Fellow have any children? Did their marriage end with her death or were they divorced?"
Did you ever see there in Hardeman Co where John McKee, son of Ambrose and Martha McKee, had married a young (15 years old) Zilpha McKinney sometime in the 1850's? Do you know if they were the same McKinney Family that you were searching for? I am wondering if some of these McKee also came from Wayne Co NC with all these other folks who came from there to Rutherford and Hardeman County TN?
Thanks for adding more of Hazel Faye's family. She and Hilda were favorites of my husband's mother - Grace Herriman McKee.
