I found Frank Steed Luther. He died 06 Mar 1906 in Hardeman Co., TN His widow and children moved to El Paso, Tx. Still not sure which cemetery Frank is buried in.

Frank had a sister named Maggie Luther who married Skip Foote. Skip had a brother named John Luther Foote, Jr. who was a Sherriff in same county.

Skip(with) and Maggie (Luther) Foote had the following children:
Sarah Emerson Foote
Virginia P. Foote
Luther T. Foote
Mildred H Foote
Margaret F. Foote
& John Thomas Foote
