Robert Rogers is mentioned in many microfilmed records of Hawkins County. However, I didn't examine his records closely because he is not in my line. It is possible that some Chancery Court record mentions the marriage. The Court indexes for Hawkins County are incomplete, so you literally have to go through every microfilmed document to make sure you capture all of the family records. One other possibility is that they didn't get a marriage license. I have come across a number of marriage records in Hawkins County where the parties were married by a minister without a civil license.
