Ira Ball of Hawkins Co., TN, b. 1740-1750

Hello all. I was looking for Balls on the 1830 Hawkins Co. Census (on Ancestry.com) and found Ira Ball born during the same time period as Moses Ball, Jr. I knew about Moses and all his brood, but have no information on Ira. Apparently, they are the only two men in that age group in the county for that census. Ira has a female in his household, b. 1760-1770, and no [remaining] children. Does anyone know who Ira's parents, wife and/or children might have been?
