Hi - any relations to Hiram and Eliza Florence out there. She was my grand-dad's half sister and I'd enjoy comparing family notes and photos. According to her obituary in 1977, she was survived by her son Jim Hammond of Surgoinsville and a daughter Mrs. Hugh (Thelma) Looney also of Surgoinsville. Of particular interest to me is are there any photos of her father or grandfather out there (Dr Jimmy / James Elbert Templeton and William Farley Templeton, both of Scott County, VA. I've been able to collect some photos of all her siblings and am happy to share them
