On his way home to Maryland, having visited sons in KY, 67 year old William Bishop Lamar wrote a will stating that he was in a "low state of health" but of sound mind. He left property in MD, but is not listed in the documented burial places there. His will was probated in Hawkins. The family guesses that he was buried in an unmarked, or wooden cross marked grave in Hawkins.
If anybody has any information to help solve this ancient mystery we would appreciate it. Thanks in advance, Tom Lamar Coughlin
