An article in the Families of Hawkins County,TN. on page 452 reads in part, Joshua Phipps 1801 - 1861,Joshua 's first wife died in 1836, he married Louisa Bradley Morgan widow of William M. Morgan,Louisa M. born March 11, 1774,died May 18, 1851, at Rotherwood, buried at New Providence Cemetery,(did not find a marriage date for Louisa and Joshua)Louisa and Joshua had one daughter Nancy 1839 - 1916. In a quick search I did not find anything more about William M. Morgan.
