Margaret Shaver family

I'm trying to track down information about the family of John Shaver (born 27 Sept 1802 in Virginia, died 10 June 1888 in Hawkins County, Tennessee) and his wife, Jane Laughland Wilson (born 18 September 1806 in Sullivan County, Tennessee and died sometime between 1870-1880). John Shaver operated an inn, known at the time as Shaver's Inn and previously as Yancey's Tavern, that was a regular stop for the stage from Abingdon (Virginia) as it was 10 miles from Blountville’s Deery Inn and 10 miles on to Kingsport’s Netherland Inn. Horses were changed every 10 miles, and drivers every 20 miles. The Eden’s Ridge post office, (which had previously been at Exchange Place) was located here from 1842 until 1866.

They appear in the 1840, 1850, 1860, and 1870 censuses together in Sullivan County, Tennessee. They had a son, William (born about 1828), and two daughters. The first, Mary R. Shaver (born about 1830 in Sullivan County), married William H. Price (born 10 March 1825 in Lynchburg, Virginia and died 8 December 1888 in Kingsport, Tennessee), and this couple had a son, John W. Price, who married a woman named Maud and had two daughters, Mary and Lorraine.

The second was named Margaret Shaver, who was born about 1836-37 in Sullivan County, Tennessee. I'm looking for information about her family in particular. I know that she had a grand-daughter named Mary who married a man named Hord (last name) and lived in Church Hill, Tennessee into the 1970s.
