Dear Sharon, There is a Sarah Price no dates bur at the Stanton Cem, Stanton, haywood Co TN. There are no dates.
Also a Lucy Ann ____ Price b 1819-1901 who was the grandmother of Willie Price Byrne, dau of Thomas J Byrne & Dianne Price. She was also the grandmother of Anna Jefferson Byrne Martin, wife of Thomas Lyle Martin. Do any of these names work. Stanton is abt 12 miles from Dancyville. In the Dancyville UMC Cem, is the graves of Francis Bradley Kerr (the son of Henry Kerr & Mary Price)& many of his descendants. I would guess that all of these Prices are somehow connected. There many such connections
between the 2 communities because some of the Dancyville people migrated to Stanton because it had a railroad & became the larger town for many years. the Byrne/Martin family has a less than close connection with mine via my g uncle Gilliam F Jones' wive was the dau of Thomas J Martin & Anna Jefferson Byrne. Confusing , huh? Hope some of this helps. Later, Ms Tyrrell Jones Bond, tyjobond@bellsouth,net
