John L. Foster b abt 1785 would not be the John Foster (b. abt 1753) who served in the Rev. and received a pension. In the pension file of John Foster, his last residence was Jackson (Henderson Co ) TN, where he had moved to be near some children.

However, I'm glad to have the information on the children of Booker Foster of Amelia Co. I don't have much on them, except that Booker Foster Jr. died before the father did and left a widow Mariah Foster who was alive in 1826 when Booker Foster Sr.'s will was written in Amelia Co. VA.
