Dr. Peter Looney was an early 1860 era physician in Henry Co Tenn. His plantation house still exists on Palestine Road in Paris. Looking for descendants of the doctor and particulary Francis Louisa Ann Looney who was born 04-14-1869. Around 1870 Francis went to live with the married daughter of Dr. Looney ( Betty) and husband Jesse W. Bailey in clarksville. The Clarksville Golf Course is today on the the old Bailey plantation site.
