It is definately the same family:) I would gladly provide what I have. I have a family chart that was provided by Brad Jarratt (I'm unfamiliar with the name-perhaps another distant cousin) on Mary 27, 1988. On the chart it has his father as Alexander A McCullogh (but I think it maybe William A) born on Aug 15, 1770 in VA but I also have found documentation suggestioning NC. He was married on Feb 2, 1797 to Susannah Nance born on Aug 10, 1780 in Henry County, VA. I have Alexander A/William A's father of Alexander McCullough born on 1749 in VA and married to Lydia last name unknown at this time born in 1753 in VA. I have Susannah Nance's parents of Rueben Nance born 1745 VA and Amy Williamson born 1747 VA.
