Hello again.Ive never happened on the Jarratt name either.I do have info that shows our Alexander as being the 3rd consecutive Alexander McCullough.I found tax lists showing both Alexander McCullough and Reuben Nance and Alexander Sr paying taxes in Henry Co,Va.in 1800.From the trail Ive found the family went from Henry Co,Va. to Rutherford Co,Tn. to Henry Co,Tn.I also have a copy of Reubens father Williams will from Brunswick Co,Va.dated Nov 17th,1770.Alexander and Susannah Nance sold property in Henry Co,Va in 1814 and moved to Rutherford Co,Tn with 8 children.I have found alot on the net for the Nance family.I hope some of this is helpful.
