I need to know the name of Anna Hopkins' husband to complete a DNA match with his (and my) line. She appears in Dist. #11, of the 1850 Jackson County Census with no husband (widowed I assume) plus children Susanah Age 25, Mary Age 20, William Age 19 and John Age 17. The 1840 Jackson County Census shows Anna Hopkins (as head) and having 7 children. Anna was 56 in 1850. Please contact me at dhopkins@gbis.com if you can help me with her husband's name.
