According to "Upon a Lonely Hill: The Cemeteries of Johnson Couty,, Tennessee" by Jeffrey L. Carrier, 1985, there are no Milburns buried in the county. There were several Dotsons, but no caroline or Isaac. From 1979 to 1985, Jeffrey Carrier, a young man just out of high school, wandered the cemeteries of Johnson County and attempted torecord the information on every tombstone.
