Looking for information regarding Charles (Charley) L. Wade b1857, d1920, buried in Roseberry Cemetery, Mascot. m1 Susan J. Janes, m2 Effie Etta Greenlee, b 1884, d 1932. Possible father of Charley is William L. Wade b1929, wife Rosannah. It has been said that a ggrandfather came down through the Smokey Mountains and married a full blooded Cherokee Indian Princess. I have found information regarding Effie's family -- the Greenlees (descendants of Rev. James Sterling Greenlee), but am having a more difficult time locating Charley's family. We will be coming to Knox County next month (August 2009) and would appreciate any tips on locating this family. Thanks, Beth Wade
