I have a copy of the book "At Rest" Cemetery Records of Lawrence Co. TN" compiled by Alexander and Gresham in 1868. There is a very large cemetery called Ethridge Cemetery located in the northwestern part of this city next to the Ethridge Methodist Church, which was torn down a few years ago and relocated. Could this be the cemetery you are looking for?
There are only three FOSTERs with stones in this cemetery:
FOSTER, Mable 28 Aug 1909 - 03 Mar 1911
FOSTER, Cicil Lawrence, infant son of A. W. and Myrtle 16 Feb 1905 - 05 Jul 1905
FOSTER, Mary Louise, Infant dau of W. J. and M. I. 19 Feb 1904 - 08 Jul 1904
There are two unmarked graves next to these graves.
THORN, Cora A. FOSTER, wife of J. D. 13 Oct 1881 - 17 Apr 1913
