I am looking for the children of William Wendel who was the son of Daniel Wendel. I am trying to locate the parents of my gr gr gr grandfather John A. Windle who was born in VA abt 1808 or 1807. John A on his travels to Texas settled near to two of William Wendel's brothers Andrew Moore Wendel in AL, and Joseph Hawkins Windle in TN.
John A Windle my gr gr gr grandfather married Permelia Lusk in Lincoln Co. TN.
