Terry, the parents of your Ella Mitchell were James and Martha Ellis Kennedy. James' father possibly was Thomas Mitchell and he was possibly born in Calhoun Co., Ala. James was born 7/29/1871 and died 9/25/1905. Martha's parents were Elias and Martha Howard Kennedy. Martha died 1953 in Lincoln Co. To find out more about this family go to the Internet's World Connect Project and type in Hallie Mitchell, born 5/1896 (or 1895 ?), then click on ahnentafel. Other researchers have posted info on this family,. especially the Kennedy's. I am not related. Bob Eddings.
