I need help with the Hawkins Cemetery. Robert Hawkins of Sumner Co died in Jan 1840 in Sumner but is buried in the Hawkins Cemetery in Macon. His sister Mary (Polly) Hawkins McGehee/McGee and her husband Abraham died same time 1840 in Sumner and I believe they are also buried there. Plus dau Julia B Mcgehee SMITH who died same time in Sumner.Pumphrey D.SMITH her husband later moved to Macon Co with their 6 children 4 girls and 2 boys. He went by David and died in abt 1857.He may also be buried in the Hawkins cemetery.I have much on all these people back to immigrants 1600's. They were all from VA and came about 1832 to Sumner/Wilson Co and lived in Sandersville ,Sumner Co up to 1840.

Can you also tell me if there is an 1850 census? Thanks Pat
