In the 1880 Macon Co census there is a H.W. Alexander age 54 KY NC VA with wife Mary 35 TN TN TN. Children listed in 1880 are: Mary S. 25, Sarah C. 14, Lazinkie (female) 12 and also in household is nephew Roussean (male)19. This family is also listed in 1870. THe household of Hugh W. Alexander and Emeline. Sarah is listed as Salida and there is a Joseph 12 and an Armedilla 8 which is not included in the 1880 census.
