Mary ,I wonder if you would check for a marriage of a James R Glidewell to a Louisa ? in Madison Co Tn or Gibson Co Tn. James later married Nancey McLoin in Gibson Co but my direct line comes from his first marriage to "Louisa ?". I find him and Louisa in the 1870 Gibson Co. TN. Census. Might have married 1864 forward.James was living in 1860 Madison Co. TN.census with his mother Jane Tims,stepfather John Tims and other siblings with step siblings. Louisa must have died before 1875 when he married Nancey. I don't know anything about Louisa. She would have been young and left several small children, one being my great grandmother. James R Glidewell fought in Civil WAR from TN. and later moved to Sebastian Co AR. by 1880 census with Nancey.I don't know who James R Glidewell's father is either.
