Charles/Karl Goebel marriage record

Looking for the marriage record for Charles (Karl) and Anna Goebel. They were married in Jackson in the late 1880's possibly early 1890's. They were members of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church. It is possible that Charles had a marriage prior to his marriage with Anna. Also, looking for information on Dora Goebel, Charles' sister. She disappeared from the census records and I guess this means she married or died sometime between 1880 and 1900.
